NEW Freckles Design - Lou in Sunkissed

I'm wearing the NEW face from Freckles Design called Lou.

Velours Mahogany is a new skin designer, I posted her first skin, Margot here. If you compare the two skins you can see the tremendous improvement in her skills, I'm truly impressed with Lou. This skin has a young fresh face with ruddy cheeks, a nicely drawn eyebrow and well proportioned lips and nose. The fatpack comes with 12 makeups that include both dark and light brows and even freckles. You also get the cleavage on an undershirt & shirt layer. What I really like most about this skin release are the 10 V2.0 tatoo layer lipsticks that allow you to customize your own look. The tatoo lipsticks look fabulous with other skins too.


The Lou body is illustrated nicely. She has a sexy curve to her bum, realistic abs and a cute navel. This skin is very reasonably priced starting with FREE demos of both the skin and lipsticks. A single makeup costs just 350L and a fatpack of all 12 makeups will run you 1500L. The 10 V2 tatoo lipsticks are sold separately for 100L, you NEED the lipsticks! Bravo Velours for a job well done!

Fashion Freaks Hunt2 - Lovely in Lace from Delicious Designs

The Fashion Freaks Hunt2 begins tomorrow 9-15, but .:Delicous Designs:. has their gift already hidden somewhere in the shop. The Lovely in Lace dress is so cute, it's a brand new design that is sold in the shop for 240L... you need to find this dress! ChiChickie at the Hair Fair!

ChiChickie has 5 NEW hairstyles at the Hair Fair and one includes a look for the guys too. First up is Venus. This is a crimped ponytail fastened with a braid. There's also a braid wrapped around the head.

Damiana is another crimped medium length style.

Chrissy is a short and sassy bob.

Audrey is an attractive updo that comes with a color picker HUD to colorize the flowers sprinkled throughout the hair. 75% of the proceeds from this hair will go to Wigs For Kids.

NEW Isabel from LAQ

I'm wearing ISABEL the newest skin release from LAQ.

Isabel has a soft blonde brow, rosy cheeks that blend well and nicely defined lips. Her sexy pout is so alluring... Oh yeah, she's a heartbreaker! The eye makeups are all very delicate with a wonderful assortment of pink lipsticks. I have to admit, the cherry red lips on makeup 5 are definitely my favorite.


Mallory Cowen is an expert at her craft. Isabel is a work of art!

Final Hair Fair Post

This post will wrap up all my hair fair favorites unless I spot something on the feeds I can't live my sl without. Let me start by saying I have alot of Analog Dog hair in my inventory and I like their hair designs. But I definitely have issues with the Analog Dog booth at the Hair Fair. I kept crashing while waiting for the system vendors to rez. I suppose crashing was the lag monster rearing it's ugly head. When I realized the reason I didnt have a demo from Analog Dog was because I had to pay for it, I got annoyed and wish I had just moved on... Tell me one good reason why a designer charges 1L for their demo? After all, it gets tossed in the rubbish after one wear. Anyway, I got beyond the lag and the 1L demo, and purchased 2 wigs without trying the demo. BIG MISTAKE! Normally I wouldn't do this, but I had trust in the vendor picture, once it finally rezzed, that the hair would look great. Besides, with all the lag, a demo would never have rezzed. What I got for my 350L was the hair you see below called Seraphina in black. This wig would look fabulous if the pigtail in the back wasn't there. The picture on the vendor looks like the first picture below... had I seen the pigtail in back, I would never have bought this hair. I sent a nc to the designer because this hair is unwearable with the front pigtail. Maybe I'm missing something... why is the pigtail, pulled forward over the shoulder, even in the folder if it cant be worn with the hair on top of my head?
The other wig from Analog Dog is called BAM in cinnamon. This hair comes with split attachment points to keep it from sinking into your chest. I like the crimped look and the color is one of my all time favorites. The designer had to send this to me since it was never delivered. I'm still waiting to hear from them regarding the previous wig.

I'm a big fan of Damselfly Hair and the Kelani updo in cinnamon is adorable.

Damselfly has a Goodie Bag in their booth that contains a fatpack with every color of this wig called Felicity. You need this hair!

LOGO is a new brand in sl that's launching at the Hair Fair. They have 4 new hairstyles in their booth and a goodie bag. I love the Serena hair in ash brown.

The Bethany hair in copper is another new style from LOGO that's absolutely stunning.

Amber in toffee is quite similar to the previous style but longer. I really like the flipped up ends.

My last hair from LOGO is from the Goodie Bag. Inside you'll find a fatpack containing every color of Melissa... You need this hair too!

More Hair Fair Favorites!

I don't have much time lately to blog, let alone be in second life, since I'm working 12-16 hour days at my real life job. I did manage to squeeze in another trip to the Hair Fair yesterday. Here's a look at a few of my favorite hairs. I'm a big fan of this curly bob called Mojito in red2 from Miel. This hair reminds me of Shirley Temple and would look good on a kid avatar. You get 5 shades of red in the pack.

Alex in coffee brown is from Oh Hair. This is a lovely updo that looks fabulous with a hairbase skin.

Cara in Ginger Red is from Sparkle Skye Design. I like the tiny white flowers sprinkled throughout the hair. The pack includes 3 shades of red and is perfect wedding hair.

I saw the Goodie Bag hair called Eliza on the feeds from Rezlpsa Loc and I needed it. I liked the freebie so much I bought the Eliza Morning Pack which includes 4 shades of red. The hair is adorable, especially this orangy color called 8AM. Dont miss the Goodie Bag!
