Etheria - When Jewelers Dream...

The Etheria event starts tomorrow! I'm looking forward to checking out all the wonderful clothing and jewelry from some of sl's finest designers. The idea behind this event is the jewelry is inspired by the clothing, instead of vice versa. I think this is an interesting concept and I bet the designers had alot of fun with it. I'm previewing the collaborative efforts of Caroline's Jewelry and Ingenue. The beautiful Valdez that Betty Doyle of Ingenue designed is a strapless evening gown with lots of detail on the bodice and long flowing flexi skirts that move like liquid. This is a stunning dress design perfect for any sl formal event.

The inspiration for the gown came from the Carlotta Necklace, Earrings & Ring Sets designed by Caroline Apollo of Caroline's Jewelry. Each piece is exquisitely designed with glimmering gemstones in a variety of beautiful colors set in gold. I'm a big fan of chunky jewelry with substance. I find both the Valdez Gown and the Carolotta Jewelry Sets work well together and are very pleasing to the eye. Bravo to both of these very talented designers!

Etheria - When Jewelers Dream kicks off tomorrow at 3pm SLT with a Fashion Show hosted by Phaylen Fairchild who will introduce the collaborations of:

At 4pm, after the fashion show, everyone is invited to visit Etheria in the Clouds to check out all the collabortive efforts including an introduction to some of their finest work. There will be random prizes given out from each of the designers, I know you dont want to miss that!
