AQUA Newness!

The Slade Jeans is a NEW complete outfit at Aqua. This is a quality ensemble of unreleased separates that includes 3 silver bikinis, dark blue jeans in all layers with 3 cuff choices, and a very cute hippy chic belt.

The bikinis come in all layers and 3 textures: solid, polka dots and stripes. The silver cover up skirt is not included but looked so good I had to show it. This 27 piece ensemble is reasonably priced at 250L for everything!

The Daring Deidra dress in silver caught my eye while browsing the shop. This is a sexy little number with a halter top and flexi mini skirt perfect for dancing the night away. I saw so many cute things at Aqua, very reasonably priced too, I know I will return.

NEW Stiletto Moody Bare Barbara... Plus Obtaining The RGB #'s In World

Stiletto Moody has another NEW addition to the Bare Shoe Line called Barbara. The Bare Barbara is a soft paten leather shoe that comes in 11 colors. Like all Stiletto Moody Shoes this one comes with a drop menu that enables you to adjust the foot color, change nail polishes, size the ankle guard, set the heel clicks, turn the AO on or off and add hardware like toe rings if they are included with your shoe. Through the Direct Input option of the menu, you can insert the RGB numbers from your skin to perfectly match the foot. I recently learned how to get the RGB numbers right off the screen in sl.

You can do this by going into advanced menu, clicking on UI, then clicking on Show Color Under Cursor. You then place your cursor over the skin you wish to match and the RGB numbers will appear at the bottom of your screen. These 3 sets of numbers are what you will enter into Direct Input. If any of the digits are less than 3 (say, 87) you put a zero in front (i.e. 087 for the example given) so that you are entering a 9 digit number. It also helps to have the caliah lyon windlight settings (just google that) and have sun and moon only, so you aren't affected by local lights. There's also more help at www.stilettomoody.com where the BARE user guide is kept (accessible by clicking on the HELP button in the drop menu). The Bare Barbara comes in so many beautiful colors I had to show them all. My favorite are the lighter spring shades. The Bare Barbara is a quality shoe that will add pizzazz and style to any outfit.

NEW Pulchra Skin from Baiastice!

I'd like to introduce Pulchra, she's the new face of Baiastice and she's stunning!

The Pulchra skin has so much character and comes in 7 tones: ultra-dark, dark, tan, sunkiss, peach, pale and porcelaine. The 30 assorted makeups, from a pure clean barely there face to evening couture looks are all beautifully done. The fatpack has shimmering eyeshadows and glossy lips, the color palate is extraordinary. Pulchra has a pert little nose, rosy cheeks and a refined brow. I really like the way the brows compliment the face. The lips are perfection, they're like candies, with every lipstick color you can think of represented. This skin has it all! I photographed the sunkiss tone in red because it's my favorite :)






Pulchra has wonderful illustration overall with great muscle tone depicted, she has a very sinewy and sexy body. The soft feminine belly and chest are both striking because they’re so realistic. This skin is very reasonably priced at 850L for a single makeup and a mini fatpack of 10 skins is 4250L. What I really like about the Pulchra skinline is the hairbase skins and the variety of hair attachments to match each hair color. The hairbase wigs are very affordable too at 150L each and look amazing with the hairbase skins. Bravo Sissy Pessoa for such a dazzling skinline!

The Baiastice Group was given Pulchra in peachtone. This is a special makeup #31 for the group only and includes the Black Pandora Hair Attachment. There is no fee to join the group, all you have to do is send a notecard to Sissy Pessoa requesting to be added. The skin is in the notices.

A Baiastice evening gown is an artistic and skillfully crafted dress with lots of close attention to detail. The Ruka Ghafla has a semi-sheer sculpted skirt of crinolin and satin that's absolutely beautiful. Your eye is immediately drawn to the shape. I like the wrapped effect on the strapless bodice too.

The Thea gown is another elegantly sculpted skirt with a lovely shape and design. The folder contains 2 skirts, one scripted with an AO loaded with model poses. Most of the poses keep your hands from disappearing into the skirt which is a bonus. I really like having this kind of option with a skirt.

The Perfect Mouth...

Recently, I put a question on my blog asking for opinions on the position of my mouth here. All the responses made me take a closer look at my face. In the end, I decided that an 8% change was a good look. It's so subtle you can't even notice unless you look at the pictures side by side. The Dressing Room Blue

Baiastice is now in the Dressing Room Blue with a lovely dress called Allure de rase'. This sexy little number in dark emerald includes a choker with or without feathers attached and a jewel for the right shoulder too. This is a quality garment that I know you don't want to miss, especially since it costs only 70L!

Mimikri and Glow Studio both have items at the Dressing Room Blue too. The Roxy in beige has 2 looks in the folder and includes all layers. You can wear the bloomers with the teddy top, or just the one piece teddy alone. This is another quality design and a steal at 70L. The Baked Steel Necklace is from Glow Studio discounted to 50L. This pretty necklace is very versatile since it's both gold and silver metals.

Which mouth position looks more attractive?

Please help me settle this once and for all. I have received messages on my blog telling me my mouth position is too high. What's your opinion? Should I lower it like the 2nd photo?

Hair & Hair

The other day I spotted an avatar with hair that I didnt recognize. Thank you sl for the inspect option, which told me the designer was Sebass Easterwood of Hair & Hair. I had never been to that store before, so the first chance I got I tp'd over to check out the styles. I went on a mini shopping spree and here is my loot! First up is Tami in red. This style is one of the newest designs in the shop and comes scripted to change from a shoulder length hairdo to a ponytail. The scripted wigs are a bit pricey, costing 450L for a single color pack but are definitely well made.

Zora in dark brown is another scripted wig. This hair has a black knitted hairband and comes with either a small amount or a full head of springy curls.

The Freya hair in dark brown I found in the back of the store for 195L. This long braided or dreadlock hair looks great with a hairbase skin.

The Aniela hair in red cost 220L and is a full head of springy curls with a forelock on the brow. I like the springy movement of the curly hairs from this store.

The Alicia hair in magestic has a purplish tint. I found this hair for 99L on the discount wall in the back of the shop by the lucky chair. Incidentally, there's alot of different wigs in the lucky chair which changes every 2 minutes.

The final hairstyle is called Aarika. I liked this hair so much I bought 2 colors, red and dark brown for 220L each. I hope you liked this look at the loot from my shopping spree at Hair & Hair :)

NEW Mynerva Skin

The face of an angel...

Mynerva is a new skinmaker for me. I'm such a skinfreak I'm amazed I never tried this skinline before today. What I like most about Mynerva skins is that they're reasonably priced. Each individual makeup is 700L. You get all 4 brow options: black, blonde, brown and red in every single makeup folder with a normal or enhanced cleavaged skin for each. I originally went to the shop figuring I'd get one skin if I really liked them. Well you know how that goes. Once there trying on demos, I couldn't make up my mind, on which single makeup to get.... so I ended up buying a mini fatpack for 2000L. I'm particularly fond of the red brows, since red headed skins are hard to find in sl. All 4 of the eyebrows are beautifully drawn, with individual hairs highlighted. This is the face of an angel with 3 blemishes or beauty marks that look very natural. She has well proportioned lips, a nicely defined nose and rosy cheeks. The lipsticks are neutral shades of red and pink with a glossy sheen. Each eyeshadow is perfectly shaded with a nice contrast to the upper and lower lids. What can I say, this face is adorable!




The body is perfection too. The cocoa skintone has a creamy rich sheen, I like the deep tanned look. The illustration at the abs, the curvy buttocks and the sexy cleavage is excellent. The only flaw I can find with this skin is the lack of a hairbase. Other than that, this skin is outstanding. Thank you Camilla Mirabeau, if I hadn't met you today, I wouldn't have tried Mynerva skins :) Bravo Rhapzody Wilde on this admirable skinline!
