Abia Capalini Design - Charming - Free Gown

This gorgeous gown can be found on the 2nd floor at Abia Capalini Design, it has a red star to indicate it's free. This is a lovely designed formal gown, it comes with 2 different full skirts. I like the silver belt buckle on the front, a very nice touch.
