Donna Flora - Luana in Blue

I went shopping at Donna Flora and bought out the store. This dress is so pretty, the shiny blue texture is so eye catching. The Blue Tears necklace and earrings are also by Donna Flora, the set comes with a necklace to attach at either the chest or spine, I like this option. The hair is a new release by Truth called Farrah in barley blonde.
