Seldom Blue is offering 2 dresses on special, one for 100L, the other a dollarbie. Francesca for 100L is a cute set. You get alot of variety in the folder, a flexi long and mini skirt, a long and short system skirt, 2 pant and panty layers, plus all layers for the top.
This outfit has alot of versatility, from formal gown to club dress. This is a pretty combination of colors too, turquoise and burgandy. The flower design on the top and skirt is a nice touch, it has an Asian flavor. I like the lace peeking out at the bottom of the flexi mini skirt.
