The outfit comes with a confetti thrower, you just type 'YAY!' in local chat and your avatar throws up handfuls of confetti, it's a very cool animation. The cute ponytail is from ETD, it's a freebie that can be found in the discount room, the folder has every color, over 60 wigs.
