Amrita - Free Feathered Skirt

While hair shopping at Amrita I came across this pretty feathered skirt on the 2nd floor for free. The folder contains a pink or blue skirt. I love feathers and find this skirt so pretty on my avatar. You can't beat free. Thank you Atsuki Kayo for the lovely skirt!
