Phoenix Rising is having a 99L sale at their satellite store on the DC District Style sim. Some terrific bargains can be found. I'm crazy about this outfit called Whisper. There's so many items in the folder for so many different looks. I'm wearing the bikini top with both the long and short skirts, it looks fabulous.
The texture of the gown and dress are both in a wonderful striped citrus color. The ruffled skirt on the gown flows so nicely when I walk, it has a life of it's own. This outfit can go from the beach to a formal event, every possibility is covered.
The short ruffled skirt is actually 2 upper leg and 1 pelvis attachment. This is a great summer dress, the belt is included. You get so many pieces to mix and match, this is a great value at 99L.
The white thong bikini is included as the underwear layers. I'm not sure how long Phoenix Rising will have this 99L sale but it's definitely worth checking out since their clothes go for 500L to 1000L.
