This is a dollarbie dress by WhoNose called Picnic Outfit that I picked up while shopping at the Monkey Mall. This is so cute on my avatar. The skirt has some lovely detail and fits me well. You can get that perfect fit since this dress comes with a resizer script. The hair I'm wearing is from X*plosion called Kayli in blonde. I like that the head scarf has a menu with 12 colors.
While in WhoNose this dress cause my eye called Dotty Dress in Sunrise for 80L. There are 2 fabulous skirts in the folder, one with a bow, one without. Both can be resized using a resizer script.
