This is the new MiniRoom Prop by Behavior Body Animations. The miniroom comes with a texture change script, preloaded with 40 textures for walls and 40 for the floor. It has 50 poses and comes with an auto update script. When a new version is released, all you have to do is rerez your old mini room and you automatically receive the latest version. The room is resizeable too, you can make it as big or small as you wish. I've only taken one picture so far but am sure I'll get lots of use out of this mini room.
